The main objective of a coach is to optimise athletic performance. The best performance improvements come from prescribing an optimal dose of physical training with proper recovery periods to allow for the greatest adaptation before competition. The main objective was to develop and validate a new, inexpensive, easy, non-invasive, real time tool to control and monitor the training load in futsal: the FUTLOC tool. Sixteen elite male futsal players from a national team volunteered to participate in this study (24.75 ± 3.36 years old, 176.21 ± , 71.50 ± 8.18 kg, BMI of 23.17 ± 2.22, and 60.11 ± 2.99 ml/kg/min of VO2max. Training load was controlled and monitored daily with the FUTLOC tool. The RPE was measured using the 6-20 Borg scale. The Pearson’s product moment correlation between the means of intensity, RPE, training load and equivalent training load showed an excellent concordance (>0.75). To conclude, based on the results in this study and the literature reviewed, the FUTLOC tool seems to be a good method to control global internal training load in futsal. This method does not require any expensive equipment and may be very useful and convenient for coaches to monitor the internal training load of futsal players.adult breastfeeding stories

Background: Heart rate monitoring has been advocated for assessing energy expenditure in field studies. The aim of the study is to determine and compare the energy requirements by heart rate method and factorial method and measure PWC170 for young active and sedentary women. Methods: A cross-sectional study on 30 collegiate women (18-23 years) was conducted. Young active (Group A) (n=15) and age matched sedentary women (Group S) (n=15) were selected based on an inclusion criterion. Using standard procedures, data was collected on general information, anthropometry, blood pressure, body composition, PWC170, HR-VO2 relationship, diet and physical activity to compute energy requirements. Results: Individual HR- VO2 equations were developed. Mean TDEE by factorial method for Group A was 2256 ±246 kcal and for Group S was 1772 ± 163 kcal. Mean TDEE by heart rate method of Group A was 1952 ± 68 kcal and of Group S was 1579 ± 116 kcal. Mean PWC170 for Group A and Group S were 94.8 ± 6.9 and 93.5 ± 13.9 watts respectively. PAL for Group A was 32% higher than Group S. Conclusion: The heart rate technique is a useful tool for computing energy requirement of active groups because of its simplicity and potential use in free living conditions.why does my boyfriend cheat

The primary aim of this research was to determine the impact of short-term anulom vilom pranayama on respiratory parameters. The research was carried out on a sample of 40 university level girls of Department of Physical Education (T), Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar between the age group of 21-26 years (Mean ±SD: age 22.68±1.21 yrs, height 5.31±0.22 ft, body mass 60.72±2.98 kg). The subjects from experimental group were subjected to a 4-weeks a. Student t test for paired samples was utilized to compare the means of the pre-test and the post-test. Significant differences were found in Expiratory Reserve Volume (ERV), Inspiratory Reserve Volume (IRV), Vital Capacity (VC) and Inspiratory Capacity (IC) in experimental group and insignificant between-group differences were noted in Tidal Volume (VT) of university level girls. The result further indicates that no significant changes over that 4- week period were noted in the control group.tracking app for android

In this research work the author consider only those cases of football matches for which the penalty shootout is a method for determining a winner, otherwise that would have been drawn or tied after 90 minutes of play. The existing method of penalty shootout is having a lot of criticisms due to its huge demerits. In this research work the author proposes an improved method to FIFA to select the winner by a continuous soft-computing evaluation method. The method is called by CESFM which is basically a fuzzy constructive method. But CESFM does not exclude five penalty kicks by each team as followed presently after 90 minutes of play. The result of five penalty kicks is one of the many components in the method of CESFM. This proposed fuzzy method can easily extract the real dominant team out of the two tied teams using a software called by CESFM-software with inputs from the Referee where some inputs are given by the Referee using his fuzzy pocket machines M. It is claimed that if FIFA implement this method of CESFM in World Cup Football, it will be a true justice to the football world, to the fans, to the players, to the teams (in particular to the looser team) and consequently it will give enormous justice to the ‘football’ if considered as a subject. CESFM is not to be applicable if the football game ends after 90 minutes with a result (not draw).prescription transfer coupon
